Terms of Sale
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy from this website. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Who we are
Soul Creations By Kay is run by Kay Roberts, 62 Astil Street, Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, DE15 9DL. Email soulcreations.sales@gmail.com.
Our items
Our pieces are handmade or chosen by hand, so each one is slightly different. Natural crystals vary in colour, shape and markings, and colours can look a little different on different screens. We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can.
Crystal meanings are shared as traditional beliefs. They are not a substitute for medical advice. Our items are not toys and are not suitable for children under 5.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Postage is added at the checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by SumUp when you place your order.
Your order
When you pay, we email you to confirm your order, and that confirmation is our agreement to sell to you. Our stock is shared with our stalls, so if an item has sold in the moment before your order arrives, we'll tell you and refund you in full for it.
Delivery
We post to UK addresses only, by Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class, within 3 working days of your order. Postage is £3.55 for a large letter and £6.40 for a small parcel, and free on orders over £60. The item is your responsibility once it has been delivered to you. If an order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email us and we'll look into it with Royal Mail.
Changing your mind, and faulty items
You can cancel within 14 days of your order arriving. Faulty or wrong items are always put right. Our returns and refunds policy explains how.
If something goes wrong
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
If you have a problem, please email us first and we'll do our best to sort it out.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own country's courts.
