Ordering

Everything on this website is already made and in stock. When an item sells out, it shows as sold out straight away, whether it sold here or at one of our stalls.

Payments are taken securely by SumUp. We never see your card details.

We don't take custom orders, and we don't offer gift wrapping or gift messages.

Delivery

• We post to UK addresses only.
• Everything goes by Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class, so someone signs for it when it arrives.
• We post your order within 3 working days. Royal Mail usually delivers 2nd Class in 2 to 3 working days after that.

What postage costs

• Large letter: £3.55. For small, flat pieces that fit through a letterbox.
• Small parcel: £6.40. For anything larger, and for orders that won't fit in one large letter.
• Free on orders over £60.

You pay one postage charge per order, and the basket shows it before you pay.

Returns

You can change your mind about anything bought on this website within 14 days of it arriving. Pierced earrings can only be returned if their sealed bag hasn't been opened, unless they are faulty. Our returns and refunds policy explains how it works.

Buying at our stalls

Our next stall dates are under Where to Find Us on the front page. We can't offer refunds or exchanges on stall purchases if you change your mind. This doesn't affect your legal rights if an item is faulty.

Caring for your pieces

• Crochet: hand wash only, and dry flat.
• Jewellery: keep away from water, perfumes and lotions.

Children

Our items are not toys and are not suitable for children under 5. Some have small parts, such as beads and crystal chips.

About crystals

Crystal meanings are shared as traditional beliefs. They are not a substitute for medical advice.

Every crystal is natural, so colour, shape and markings vary from piece to piece and may differ slightly from the photograph.
